Welcome! We’re Derek & Kristin…
A husband and wife author-illustrator team based out of Tampa, Florida.
Several years ago when the world started to get loud and overstimulating, we created a series to bring kids encouragement and peace.

Loveable characters that kids can relate to
Stories the whole family can bond over and enjoy
And like you, we share a vision:

Counter the over-stimulative effects that media can have on our youth
Foster a generation of mentally and emotionally healthy children
Inspire kids to learn through peaceful exploration and nature
And most importantly, help encourage kids to believe in themselves and the value they can bring into this world

We built this brand as a couple grounded on faith, and through our writing and illustrations, we’ve been able to restore the timeless power that faith, hope, and love can bring into children’s literature and homes.
