I’m a watercolor artist who loves painting imaginative worlds for kids. I struggled to read as a child, so I know how important good visual storytelling is for children. I remember the frustration of just not being able to get it when I was a kid. Because of that, I dedicated my career to creating books that actually inspire children to learn. To get them excited about reading. To want to pick themselves up and try again.

I also think it’s just as important the parents enjoy the books too. Because the most important thing at the end of the day is the bonding time a child gets with their loved ones.
